Abstract
The use of cloud computing technologies to improve hotel management operations is examined in this paper. Cloud computing is being adopted by the hotel sector in increasing numbers as an opportunity to reduce expenses, boost operational effectiveness, and enhance visitor experiences. This study delves into the diverse facets of cloud computing deployment within the hotel management domain, encompassing data storage, software programs, and infrastructure. Hotels can enhance their operational procedures, including customer relationship management, inventory control, and booking administration, by utilizing cloud-based services. There is also discussions of the advantages of cloud computing with regard to data protection, accessibility, and scalability. In addition, the difficulties and possible hazards related to cloud adoption are discussed, along with ways of reducing them.. The outcome highlight how cloud computing can transform hotel management by facilitating data-driven decision-making, seamless stakeholder cooperation, and real-time information sharing. In the end, this investigation adds to the growing volume of studies on cloud computing in the hospitality industry and offers useful advice to businesses considering implementing the cloud to streamline their operations.
